Many questions come to their mind like is it a good and reliable company? Will the boat be in the condition they say it will be? Or will I loose my money and not get a boat?
All the owners are verified by us. As we have been in the Sailing Yacht charters for many years we know most of the boat owners. We have seen their boats and how they operate their yacht charters. You can book your sailing yacht charter safely with the owner.

Before you collect your boat you have to lodge with the owner a security deposit in the form of credit card which is refundable at the end of the charter if all went well and damages incured. You can purchash an insurance to cover the amount of the security deposit. See the insurance section for details.
For chartering a sailing or motor yacht you need to be in possession of a valid sailing or motor yacht license issued from a proper Authority or verified school.
Once you
book your charter you need to send to the owner the following information so he
can prepare the charter documents:
All charter
boats come with a standard and compulsory inventory list. When the owner sends
you the offer he will mention what extras will be included.

Once you
choose the type of boat and preferred location, you contact via the form the
owner and he will reply to you with his offer. If accepted by you he will send
you his confirmation and his bank details for the first deposit which is
usually 50% of the full charter amount. The payment should be done by a Bank
transfer or by Credit card if the owner will accept. Not Cash. After that the
booking is confirmed and binding.
All owners
are verified by us and are known personally. They are all Tax Registered and in
all our 30 years in chartering in Greece we have not heard of any cases of
owners defrauding a customer.
